1. Hardware: You must hold the rights to any custom logos submitted.
2. NFCBoost Software: The $49/mo Pro system operates on a recurring subscription billed every 30 days after your 14-day trial. You can cancel your software subscription at any time via email. Upon cancellation of the software subscription, the cloud-routing service will be suspended and the NFC hardware will become inactive.

4. SMS Terms & Notifications: By subscribing to NFCBoost services and providing your mobile phone number, you authorize NFCBoost (operated by Neuromateria LLC) to deliver real-time operational notifications and customer feedback alerts to your designated device. Message frequency varies based on customer feedback activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to cancel, or reply HELP for support inquiries. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NFCBoost (operated by Neuromateria LLC), each product is custom-manufactured to your exact business specifications.
1. Custom Physical Hardware (All Sales Final):
Because every NFC stand and employee badge is custom UV-printed with your business branding and pre-programmed with your unique Google profile links, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for customized hardware once production has commenced.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Replacement Guarantee):
If your package arrives damaged in transit or hardware functionality is defective upon arrival, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will inspect the issue and immediately dispatch a free replacement unit at zero cost to you.
3. Software Subscription ($49/mo):
You may cancel your recurring software subscription at any time with zero cancellation penalties by contacting [email protected]. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, and no further charges will occur.
Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Custom Production & Quality Inspection:
Every smart NFC stand and employee badge is custom-printed with your business branding and digitally programmed to your Google review profile. Custom fabrication and quality testing take 1 to 2 business days (24–48 hours) upon artwork confirmation.
2. Delivery Times & Shipping Methods:
Once production is complete, all orders are dispatched via expedited air freight with end-to-end tracking. Final delivery within the United States is handled by reputable domestic carriers, including USPS Priority and FedEx.

3. Tracking Your Shipment:
